TICKET PRICES FOR VISITS TO ST NICHOLAS' FORTRESS IN THE SIGNIFICANT LANDSCAPE CHANNEL-PORT IN ŠIBENIK

Ticket prices are valid from 01.01.2023.

*Children under 7 years of age – no multimedia guides allowed.

**Licenced tour guides for the Šibenik-Knin County free of charge upon presentation of an appropriate identity card.

***For school groups of 19 pupils with the prior written announcement and the corresponding confirmation of the school.

****The tour escort price – expert guidance of the Public Institution of Nature of the Šibenik-Knin County for separate groups and individual visits, with prior notice and according to availability.

***** For visitors with disabilities and their escort, pensioners, and persons over 65 years, students, veterans of Croatian Homeland War and members of the Association of Families of Killed or Missing Croatian veterans – price with discount is available at the ticket office Info Center of St Nicholas' Fortress only with the presentation of a valid document.

****** The friends club of St Nicholas' Fortress according to general rules and conditions of realisation of membership and membership benefits of the friends club of St Nicholas' Fortress, includes right for two visits to St Nicholas Fortress' during actual season of organized visits. Šibenik-Knin county residents get 50 % discount for membership in the friends club of St Nicholas' Fortress.

Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions for individual visitors and business partners

• Tickets are valid for a one-time visit to St Nicholas' Fortress in the significant landscape Channel – Port in Šibenik, which takes about 2 hours.
• The ticket price includes: organised boat transfer regarding visits to St Nicholas' Fortress through the significant landscape and the UNESCO buffer zone, a tour escort on the boat and during the visit to the fortress, the use of multimedia guides with headphones and visitors' insurance.
• The minimum group size is 19 people. The group must be announced, in written, at least one day in advance (24 hours before departure) to achieve group discount.
• Tickets can be purchased through web shop at www.kanal.svetog-ante.com and at the ticket office – Info Center of St Nicholas' Fortress at Obala dr. Franje Tuđmana 4, 22000 Šibenik.
• Business partner is any business actor that has a regulated business relationship with the Public Institution Nature of the Šibenik-Knin County based on the Business Cooperation Agreement, regarding organized visit to St Nicholas' Fortress in the sinificant landscape Channel-Port in Šibenik.
• Based on the Business Cooperation Agreement, a business partner is entitled to a discount of 10% on the Price Categories referred to the items 1., 2., 5., 6., 7., and 9. of the Price List, ie the right to a special discount, if he duly fulfils his contractual obligations and brings: more than 100 visitors - a discount of 2% will be granted, more than 200 visitors - a discount of 4% will be granted, more than 300 visitors - a discount of 6% will be granted, more than 400 visitors - a discount of 8% will be granted and more than 500 visitors - a discount of 10% will be granted.
• All visitors are required to purchase the ticket for a visit to the fortress before departure. Those who have purchased their ticket through our web shop can board the boat with their ticket printed out. Taking a printout of the Print@Home ticket at the ticket office is not possible. If users are unable to print their tickets, they can use the barcode displayed on their smartphone as the purchase confirmation.
• All orders and purchase of tickets through the WEBSHOP are binding and final, and cannot be cancelled or amended. If the Print@Home ticket is not used, it is not possible to return it and claim a refund.
• The Service Provider (Public Institution Nature of the Šibenik-Knin County) has the right to cancel the visit due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, boat engine failure, etc.). In this case, the Service Provider agrees to provide a refund for the advance payment amount.
• The ticket may not be copied, distributed, transferred, published or modified.
• All ticket prices are shown in EURO and Croatian Kuna (HRK)due to the fixed conversion rate 1 euro = 7,53450 kn, and are not subject to VAT in accordance with Section 39, Subsection 1, Paragraph n) of the Value Added Tax Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 73/13, 99/13, 148/13, 153/13, 143/14, 115/16, 106/18, 121/19, 138/20 and 39/22).
• The Director of the Public Institution Nature of the Šibenik-Knin County may give, by the Decision, a permission to visit the St Nicholas' Fortress free of charge or at a reduced price, based on the individual request of individuals, groups, associations and/or institutions for social reasons and for the purpose of promotion, education and the process of collaboration.

All the income realised by the Public Institution Nature of the Šibenik-Knin County according to the above-mentioned ticket prices, will be used for activities carried out by the Public Institution Nature of the Šibenik-Knin County.

The Public Institution Nature of the County of Šibenik-Knin reserves the right to amend the price list during the year, including the boat departure schedule from the Šibenik waterfront.
